You must have a strong Digital background with excellent team/staff management skills. You will be responsible for digital strategy, planning implementation and buying implementation across a range of clients. Working as an Account Director you will be managing individual account teams; managing their work flow; maintaining excellent relationships with clients and strategy/management groups; providing an inspirational approach to planning.
