As the User Experience Manager you will be responsible for managing the User Experience team and helping to create a compelling and easy to use website. You need to have a good background in information design, information architecture and defining content strategies.

Your responsibilities will include designing and creating content for websites; defining content strategy and design layouts; implementing website guidelines and standards; managing usability testing; setting general website strategy. You need to have proven team management experience and have worked on large complex websites with a good background in web interaction design and usability. A strong knowledge of usability methodologies and experience conducting usability testing would be beneficial.
