Our client is a leading name in the leisure sector; they are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join their team in Hampshire. You will be responsible for driving the e-commerce and CRM opportunities, optimising the website following a programme of web promotional and PPC activity and developing, writing and designing email campaigns. You will need to have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash and also a working knowledge off content management systems and an understanding of SEO.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Drive forward e-commerce and CRM opportunities
• Optimise the website
• Drive target traffic to the site through agreed schedule of web promotional activity and PPC activity
• Promote cost effective on-line enquirer and customer acquisition, conversion and retention
• Develop, write, design, implement and track email campaigns
• Track and analyse patterns of web usage
• Produce persuasive and motivating copy married to innovative design ideas for web pages
• Track expenditure against agreed budget levels

Skills & Experience:
• Good grades at A level standard minimum, plus a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths)
• A marketing or e-marketing qualification
PC literate in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks and Dreamweaver, Flash
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Demonstrate some understanding of the principles of paid search and SEO
• Experience of web analytic tools and Internet audience measurement research tools such as
• Google Analytics and Hitwise
• Website design and technologies
• Knowledge of HTML would be very advantageous in order to make small amends to creative and web pages
