EA is the global market leader in videogames and we recognise the huge potential of this revenue stream and are now looking for a media sales manager to drive both online and in-game advertising efforts to new heights. Gaming has come a long way from Pac-Man & Space Invaders to modern EA favourites like Burnout, Battlefield, Mercenaries, Dead Space, Spore, FIFA, Madden, Need for Speed and the world’s most successful game franchise, The Sims. EA’s vast audience spans men, women and children from eight to eighty years old! Fuelled by our talented staff at locations right across the Globe we are united in our passion to continue shaping the future of interactive entertainment. We are looking for a top tier European Sales Manager who will report to the Senior Director, European Media Sales who leads all EMEA advertising efforts for EA (product placement, dynamic in-game ads, website advertising including Pogo.com, free-to-play casual game sponsorships and mobile games). Based out of our London office, key focuses for the European Sales Manager will include;

Working with EA Label teams to develop ad sales strategies for each product

Driving demand for EA inventory among top advertisers and agencies across Europe

Working with external rep firms to represent EA inventory for maximum return

Ensuring client satisfaction and positive experience with the brand

Interface with EA’s game production and engineering teams to assure strategies are delivered and ad sales needs are met

Maintaining a solid working knowledge of trends and advertisers in categories relevant to EA.


The successful candidate will have significant experience in the online sales arena and will have current agency and client relationships in place. You will have demonstrable experience in selling pan-European advertising and promotional programs supported by strong knowledge of the UK and European markets. A competitive, positive and proactive approach is essential as is the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels. You will be customer orientated and must be available for business travel across Europe with occasional trips to the USA. An additional European language would also be highly desirable.
