with extensive B2B sales and marketing skills, ideally from the retail sector, who can strategise, build a team and secure high value deals is needed to spearhead
this embryonic business unit.
You will be required to:
- lead the development of overall strategy for the unit
- develop individual strategies for a variety of verticals
- attract new merchants onto the site
- develop strong working relationships with other internal teams
- build and nurture a strong acquisition team
The skills you will be able to bring to the table will include:
- negotiation and deal closing
- developing sales and marketing strategies
- full life cycle project management
- solid business acumen
- ability to motivate and inspire direct reports
